Christopher Sullivan is the founder and managing attorney of the Law Offices of Christopher Sullivan, P.C. Attorney Sullivan has been handling complex personal injury litigation cases in Massachusetts, many involving catastrophic injuries and even death, for over a decade. Attorney Sullivan is a Cum Laude graduate of the New England School of Law who spent several years as a litigation associate for one of Boston’s largest and most well known personal injury firms before founding and developing the Law Offices of Christopher Sullivan, P.C. He is an active and respected member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association & the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. Attorney Sullivan’s ideology and motivation behind founding the Law Offices of Christopher Sullivan, P.C. was, and still is, to provide a caring, yet aggressive, law firm where every case is pursued for maximum results and where every client leaves happy.



Mary T. Goulart-Kerr, Esq.

Mary T. Goulart-Kerr is the senior litigation attorney at the Law Offices of Christopher Sullivan, P.C. Attorney Goulart-Kerr has extensive experience handling personal injury claims as well as Domestic Matters, including Divorce, Child Custody, and other Family Law matters. She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School who spent several years working as a litigation associate at a number of Boston area law firms before settling down and becoming a senior member of the litigation team at the Law Offices of Christopher Sullivan, P.C. Attorney Goulart-Kerr is an active and respected member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association & the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. Attorney Goulart-Kerr handles some of the firm’s more serious and complex cases, and has proven to be a fine addition to the practice as its Senior Litigation Attorney.



David Green, Esq.

He has extensive experience handling personal injury cases as well as Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, Discrimination, and Sexual Harassment claims. Attorney Green is a graduate of Southern New England School of Law who spent several years working as a litigation associate at a number of Boston area law firms before settling down and becoming a senior member of the litigation team at the Law Offices of Christopher Sullivan, P.C. Attorney Green is an active and respected member of the Massachusetts Bar, Federal Bar, and the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association. Attorney Green handles many of the firm’s litigation cases in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, Sexual Harassment, and Employment Discrimination.



Christopher F. Earley, Esq.
Position: Of Counsel

Attorney Christopher Earley, while maintaining his own private practice, acts Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Christopher Sullivan, P.C. He has extensive experience handling personal injury matters, including slip and fall claims, snow and ice cases, and various other complex premises liability claims. Attorney Earley is a graduate of the New England School of Law and is a respected member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. Attorney Earley is available for consultation when needed for cases falling within his particular areas of expertise.



Lori Ann Andrade
Position: Senior Claims Adjuster

Lori Ann Andrade is the senior claims adjuster for the Law Offices of Christopher Sullivan, P.C. Ms. Andrade has been adjusting and settling personal injury claims for over a decade and handles many of the firm’s pre-litigation cases. Ms Andrade is fluent in both Spanish and Cape Verde Creole and, therefore, also serves as the firm’s on site interpreter for clients speaking those languages. Since being hired by the firm in 2004, Ms. Andrade has quickly and successfully resolved hundreds of pre-litigation personal injuries claims for the office and has proven to be a fine addition to the practice.
